 The purpose of this web site is mainly to improve the care of our children world wide, by collecting and providing a data base informations that will help to understand the epidemiology, diagnosis and management of Pediatric Surgical diseases

How to use the Pediatric surgery registry system

1- Get a user name and a pass word by contacting the admin ( aaljubab@kfmc.med.sa ) or mobile 0504197627.

2- Login using the UN and the PW

3- Start entering patient data by clicking: patient and click add patient on the left Panel.

4- Please fill up all spaces including yes or no questions at the end of the page . (Failing to fill any space might affect patient registry). Then click on submit.

5- After entering data for all your patient , click on patient thendisplay patient.

6- You can create an In-patient list, discharged patient list,M&M list, clinic list, or even an OR list by selecting the date of the  period required.your suggestion is highly appreciated to improve the performance of the system.

This system also can be used in the GCC area, Egypt, Jordan, Sudan, Morocco, Tunisia, India or Pakistan. and can be extended to other areas as required. For any body who is interested, please contact us through e-mail or Mobile number(Whattsapp) , Sending your info to the administrators ( including country name, city, Hospital name, E-mail and phone number) you can also participate on any research using these data if you are a member of Pediaksa.com registry system.
